Jewellery kept in scooter stolen

Mysuru: The gold jewellery kept it in the boot of a scooter has been reported missing from Kuvempunagar Police limits in city. The woman who lost her valuables has been identified as Geetha.

Geetha, on Sept. 22 at about 1 pm, took out the valuables, which included a 25 grams gold medal, 13 grams gold pendant, 8 grams gold bracelet, 7 grams gold hangings and other gold ornaments from the bank locker, kept the valuables in a yellow bag, placed it inside the boot of her Honda Activa scooter and came to the house in Ramakrishnagar.

After parking the scooter in front of the house, Geetha went inside and came after sometime only to find the yellow bag kept in the boot of the scooter missing and immediately lodged a complaint at Kuvempunagar Police Station.

Kuvempunagar Police, who have registered a case in this regard, are investigating.
