Mysuru: Alva’s Education Foundation is conducting its 10th Annual Job Fair ‘Alva’s Pragati’ on July 6 and 7 at Vidyagiri campus, Moodabidri in Dakshina Kannada district. Announcing this at press meet here, Foundation’s Media Co-ordinator Dr. Moulya Jeevan Ram said the two-day event will be attended by over 250 companies from different sectors.
Pointing out that last year, the fair saw 14,000 participants out of which nearly 3,500 got job offers, she said that this time they were expecting more job offers.
The job fair is held annually to connect employers with job seekers, especially from Southern districts of the State. It is open to Post-Graduates, Graduates of all streams and candidates who have ITI, Diploma, PUC and SSLC qualifications. Even though registration is not mandatory, it is advisable for participants to register on their portal www.alvaspragati.com.
