Mysuru:  In a bid to bring back joy on the faces of flood-affected victims in Kerala, the Joyalukkas Foundation has come up with a project of constructing 250 houses and an amount of Rs.15 crore has been set aside for the purpose.

Each house with RCC roof will have a total area of 600 sq. ft. with two bedrooms, a living-cum-dining room, kitchen and a sit-out and is being built after consultation with                                                      expert architects. The project proposal has been submitted to the Kerala Chief Minister and works would be carried out with the help of self governing bodies at each place.

The victims of floods and landslides may submit their applications in person at the nearest Joyalukkas sales outlet.
