Mysore/Mysuru: Dr. Surinder Singh, Vice-Chancellor of JSS Academy of Higher Education and Research (JSS AHER), Mysuru, was presented the “Innovation Leadership Award” in the 2nd edition of India-Global Education and Skill Summit which was held in Bengaluru on June 10.
The summit was hosted by Department of Skill Development, Entrepreneurship & Livelihood, Government of Karnataka. The other Government partners were Karnataka State Higher Education Council, Government of Karnataka, Department of Skill, Labour Employment & Entrepreneurship, Government of Assam and Directorate of Skill Development and Entrepreneurship, Government of Telangana.
This day-long congregation had education leaders, policy- makers, innovators, foreign ambassadors, State administrators, Edu-Tech companies and stakeholders from education and skill eco-system across the country and globe on a single platform.
Dr. Surinder Singh also participated in the Panel Discussion on “Future of Higher Education in the Digital-First Economy” which was moderated by Shrikant Sinha, CEO, Telangana Academy for Skill & Knowledge, according to a press release from Dr. B. Manjunatha, Registrar, JSS AHER.
