A three-day JSS Inter-Institutional Sports Meet will be held at Suttur in Nanjangud taluk from Dec.1 to Dec.3 in memory of Suttur Mutt Seer Dr. Sri Shivarathri Rajendra Swamiji.

DGP (CID) Praveen Sood will inaugurate the meet at 4 pm tomorrow (Dec.1) in the presence of Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji. Varuna MLA Dr. Yathindra Siddharamaiah will preside.

The three-day meet features a host of Athletics events, Running race, Discus-Throw, Javelin-Throw, Long-Jump, High-Jump, Kho-Kho and other sporting events.

More than 3,000 sports persons from numerous JSS Institutions will take part.
