K.G. Puttaraju (72), a retired teacher and a resident of Vijayanagar 4th Stage, passed away yesterday following heart attack. A native of Kaggere village in K.R. Nagar taluk, he had served for a decade at Hebbale High School in Somwarpet taluk of Kodagu.
He leaves behind his wife, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at Kaggere yesterday.
