Mysore/Mysuru: Commemorating K.P. Poornachandra Tejaswi’s birth anniversary celebrations, Mysuru Akashavani will be broadcasting ‘PooChanTe Nenapinali’ series from Sept. 8 to 14. The series include features on Tejaswi and plays based on his novels. It will be broadcast at Akashavani 100.6 FM, according to a press release from Mysuru Akashavani Assistant Director S.S. Umesh.
Schedule — Sept. 8 (11.15 am): Feature ‘Tejaswi Katha Kaushala’; Sept. 9 (11.15 am): Play ‘Sambalakke Sikkikonda Devva’; Sept. 10 (11.15 am): Play ‘Kalappana Cobra’; Sept. 11 (11.15 am): Play ‘Kirugoorina Gayyaligalu’; Sept. 12 (11.15 am): Play ‘Godly’ and 4 pm: Play ‘Jugari Cross’; Sept. 13 (3.40 pm): Play ‘Mayamruga’; Sept. 14 (11.15 am): Play ‘Avantarada Sheenappa.’
‘Belli Beragu: Mysuru Koduge’
Also, another series titled ‘Belli Beragu – Mysuru Koduge’ will be aired on every Tuesday and Thursday at 11 am and re-telecast on Wednesday and Friday at 5 pm. The series will introduce the Mysuru talents who worked for Cinema industry. Journalist Ganesh Amingad will be providing information.
