Nanjangud: Shivamogga MLA and senior BJP leader K.S. Eshwarappa visited the famous Srikanteshwara Temple in the Temple Town on May 30.
Eshwarappa, whose birthday falls on June 10, is said to have visited the temple to have first hand information about the facilities and infrastructure available in the temple and the surroundings, as over 3,000 people from his home town are expected to arrive in the temple on June 9 and perform homas and havanas.
Temple Executive Officer Kumaraswamy, BJP leaders Krishnappa Gowda, K. Kapilesh, Srikanta, Kurahatti Siddaraju and others were present.
