Mysore/Mysuru: Hoysala Kannada Sangha, in association with Savigannada Patrika Balaga and Sri Matha Vidya Samsthe, has organised senior poet K. Sethuram Memorial and Snehasethu Award presentation ceremony at the Institution of Engineers, JLB road here on Mar. 20 at 4 pm.
Sri Ilai Alwar Swamiji of Vangipuram Nambi Mutt, Melukote, will grace the occasion. Director of Sri Matha Vidya Samsthe Padmashri Ravishankar will inaugurate. Former MLA Vasu will confer Snehasethu Award on retired Zonal Manager of SBI H.R. Sundareshan, Founder of Dasti Shikshana Samsthe Dr. D. Thimmaiah and art patron Dhanalakshmi Bhadreshkumar.
Sanskrit scholar Dr. H.V. Nagaraja Rao will deliver a special lecture on Yogi Vemana Darshana, the magnum opus of senior poet K. Sethuram.
Social activist Dr. K. Raghuram Vajpayee and President of Mysore Chamber of Commerce and Industry (MCCI) A.S. Satish will be the chief guests. Editor of Savigannada Patrike Ranganath Mysuru will be present on the occasion.
