Kallumadanda Vasu Somanna (72), a resident of Raghavendranagar in city, passed away yesterday in Bengaluru.

He leaves behind one son, three brothers, three sisters and a host of relatives and friends. His wife had predeceased him  sometime back.

He was an active office-bearer and member of Kodava Samaja, Mysuru and Sri Kavery Kodava Association, Mysuru East.

Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill  this afternoon.
