As part of M. Venkatakrishnayya (Thathaiah) Jayantyotsava, The Anathalaya, Mysuru, has organised a Kannada Debate competition for Post-Matric Hostel inmates and Kannada Essay Contest for High School students.
The topic of the debate is ‘Hechchutiruva Vivaha Vichchedanagalige indina kutumba vyavasteya nyunyategale karana.’ The topic for the essay is ‘M. Venkatakrishnayya (Mysuru Thathaiah).’
Both the contests will take place at The Anathalaya on N.S. Road at 10 am tomorrow (Sept. 20). There will be 3 prizes for each of the contest, with the 1st prize carrying a cash reward of Rs. 5,000, 2nd prize – Rs. 4,000 and 3rd prize – Rs. 3,000.
