Karnataka State Open University (KSOU) is celebrating 64th Kannada Rajyotsava on Nov. 26 at 1.45 pm at a function organised at KSOU Convocation Hall. Thinker Hiremagaluru Kannan will inaugurate and deliver a special lecture on the occasion. KSOU Vice-Chancellor Prof. S. Vidyashankar will preside. There will be a cultural programme by M.R. Harsha of Zee Kannada SaReGaMaPa and team.
