BJP Yuva Morcha will be celebrating Kargil Vijay Diwas today at 5.30 pm at Raja Veera Madakari Nayaka Circle in Kyathamaranahalli here. Tejaswi Surya, General Secretary of the Yuva Morcha, will deliver the keynote address. Soldiers and ex-Servicemen will be felicitated on the occasion.
