A new software for registration of properties in Karnataka
Mysore/Mysuru: The Department of Stamps and Registration, Government of Karnataka, in association with Confederation of Real Estate Developers Associations of India (CREDAI), Mysuru Centre, CREDAI Youth Wing and Builders Association of India (BAI), Mysore Centre, have jointly organised an awareness programme on Kaveri 2.0 at Mysore Builders’ Charitable Trust (MBCT) Auditorium on Akkamahadevi Road, Vishweswara Nagar here tomorrow (Apr. 14) from 10 am.
Announcing this at a press meet held at Pathrakarthara Bhavan here yesterday, CREDAI Mysuru President D. Srihari said that Inspector General of Registration and Commissioner of Stamps Dr. B.R. Mamatha will inaugurate the programme. Assistant Inspector of General Registrar (Computer), Department of Stamps and Registration H.L. Prabhakar will be the chief guest. Department District Registrar B.M. Mohan Kumar Pandith will be the guest of honour.
Kaveri 2.0 is a new software for registration of properties in Karnataka. It is a step to ease the process for registration of properties and in bringing transparency to the process. Kaveri 2.0 which is approved by Government of Karnataka has started functioning at Belagavi and permission will be given for its usage in Mandya and Chamarajanagar. It will be used under full-scale in Mysuru within next 15 days.
