Mysuru: Suttur Mutt in association with VRL Media Limited had organised a function at JSS Women’s College in Saraswathipuram here recently for the release of the coffee table book ‘Kayakayogi-102’.

Releasing the book VRL group Chairman Dr. Vijay Sankeshwar hailed the contribution of Suttur Mutt and Siddaganga Mutt in education sector. He regretted that Veerashaivas and Lingayats were being bifurcated and opined that the two factions should stay united to uphold the principles of Basavanna.

Continuing, Dr. Vijay Sankeshwar pointed out that Suttur Mutt has a history dating back to beyond 1000 years with a rich heritage. He added that with JSS Institutions established in Dubai and Mauritius, Indian Culture and heritage were getting popular in foreign countries. Suttur Seer Sri Shivarathri Deshikendra Swamiji graced the occasion. Vijay Sankeshwar’s wife Lalitha Vijay Sankeshwar and others were present.
