Mysuru: Khadi and Gramodyog Utsav has been organised by Karnataka State Khadi and Village Industries Board from Nov. 15 to Dec.4 at J.K. Grounds in city.
Chief Minister Siddharamaiah will inaugurate the Zonal-level Utsav at 4 pm on Nov.15. PWD and District Minister Dr. H.C. Mahadevappa, Primary and Secondary Education Minister Tanveer Sait, Sugar and Small Industries Minister Dr. Geetha Mahadevaprasad, Karnataka State Khadi and Village Industries Board Chairman Yaluvalli N. Ramesh will participate in the function. MLA Vasu will preside.
Deputy Chairman of the Legislative Council Marithibbegowda, Mayor M.J. Ravikumar, Zilla Panchayat President Nayeema Sulthana, MPs Pratap Simha, R. Dhurvanarayan and C.S. Puttaraju will be the chief guests.
MLAs K.Venkatesh, M.K. Somashekar and H.P. Manjunath, MLCs R.Dharmasena, K.T. Srikantegowda and K.V. Narayanaswamy, MUDA Chairman D. Dhruvakumar, Deputy Commissioner D. Randeep, Police Commissioner Dr. A.Subrahmanyeswara Rao and others will participate in the function.
