The District Administration and the Department of Kannada & Culture, Mysuru, have organised Kittur Rani Chennamma Jayanti celebration at Kalamandira in city on Oct. 23 at 11 am. Due to COVID-19, celebrations will be held in a simple and symbolic manner by offering floral tribute to a portrait of Kittur Rani Chennamma, according to the Assistant Director, Kannada & Culture Department.
