Mysuru: Karnataka Private Post-Graduate Colleges Association (KPPGCA) will hold the Karnataka Management Aptitude Test (KMAT) 2018 on Aug. 5. KMAT-2018 scores will be accepted by more than 169 AICTE-approved and UGC-affiliated institutes offering MBA, PGDM and MCA programmes in 2018 in Bangalore and Rest of Karnataka.
KMAT is valid for students from across the country seeking admission into various management colleges in the State under the management quota of seats. KPPGCA has taken many new steps over the years to popularise KMAT and more importantly make Karnataka as a preferred destination for management education.
The State PGCET was held on July 14 and 15. Several students who missed out on taking up PGCET due to the test dates coinciding with final year exams and for those students who missed out on the PGCET, KMAT 2018 offers the last opportunity for admission to MBA, PGDM and MCA courses for academic session 2018-19. KMAT 2018 will be a paper-pencil based conventional exam consisting of 120 multiple choice questions (MCQs) divided in 4 sections and will be held across 10 cities in the State.
Candidates can register on official KMAT website www.kmatindia.com. The online registration ends today (July 25). The Test will be held on Sunday (Aug. 5) and the result announced on Aug.15.
