Mysore/Mysuru: The 48th Annual ‘Knights in Khaki’ Police Shield presentation will be held at Wind Chimes in city on May 16 at 5.30 pm under the auspices of Mysore Round Table-21 (MRT-21) and Mysore Ladies Circle-09 (MLC-09).
Mysuru-Kodagu MP Yaduveer Krishnadatta Chamaraja Wadiyar, City Police Commissioner Seema Latkar and Mysuru SP Mallikarjun Baladandi will be the chief guests.
Round Table (RT) India, Area 13, Area Chairman Tr. Sushruth Belagur, Ladies Circle India Area 13, Area Chairperson Cr. Nagashree Nikhilesh, RT India, Area 13, AVC Tr. Suraj Krishnam and Area 13 AST Tr. Sunil Shankar, MRT-21 Chairman LMF Tr. Akshay A. Koneri, MLC-9 Chairperson Cr. Srinija Akshay and Knights in Khaki Convenor LMF Tr. Ravi Koti will be present.
The Police Shield will be presented to the following eight Constables from Mysuru City in recognition of their services:
1. N. Mahesh, Computer Section, City Police Commissioner’s Office; 2. A. Balasubramanya, City Crime Records Bureau (CCRB); 3. Lingarajappa, Crime Division, NR Police Station; 4. K.J. Suresh, Women’s Division, Kuvempunagar Police Station. 5. K. Azra, Women’s Division, Vijayanagar Police Station; 6. Vanajakshi, Women’s Division, Saraswathipuram Police Station; 7. M.D Pradeep, KR Traffic Police Station and 8. A.M. Lokesha, KR Traffic Police Station.
