Mysuru: The students of Kodagu Model School, Vidyashankar Layout, Sathagalli, Mysuru, have excelled in the 18th Kannada Talent Search Exam conducted by Sirigannada Prakashana, Chitradurga, in November 2017.
Four toppers from the school were felicitated with medals and certificates for their outstanding performance. The medal-winners are as follows:
State-level — Chandana K. Urs; District-level — R. Shabarish and D.K. Sanjana; Taluk-level — M.P. Nivedha.
Olympiad Mathematics Exam: Apart from the above students, nine students of Kodagu Model School took part in the First-level of 10th International Olympiad Mathematics Examination conducted by Silver Zone Foundation, New Delhi, on Dec.5, 2017 and bagged medals. They are as follows:
Gold Medal — M. Deepali Gowda, Aishwarya S. Gowda, M.V. Advitha and J. Arundathi.
Silver Medal — G. Aishwarya Lakshmi, P. Disha and S. Pavan Gowda.
Bronze Medal — S. Jeevitha and Srinivasa Nayaka.
M. Deepali Gowda, who ranks 487, is eligible for the Second-level Olympiad Examination, according to a press release from the School Principal.
