Kokkanda G. Madappa (Giri), former Handball Coach and a resident of Ramakrishnanagar, passed away in the wee hours of today in city. He was 51.
Son of late K.M. Ganapathy and a native of Kaikery village in Gonikoppal, South Kodagu, Madappa leaves behind his wife, one son, brother and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at Kaikery village this evening.
