Kolathanda U. Kushalappa (66), a resident of Ramakrishnanagar, passed away yesterday in city.
He leaves behind his wife Prabhavathi, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed this afternoon at Chirashanthidhama in Gokulam, according to family sources.
