Kollira Machaiah (82), retired Head Master and a native of Kuttandi village in Kodagu, passed away at his brother’s residence in Srirampura here last night.
A bachelor, he leaves behind a brother, a sister and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill here this afternoon.
