Krishna Jayanthi-2022 music competitions on Aug. 7

Krishna Jayanthi Music competitions will be conducted by Ganabharathi on Aug.7 at 9 am at Veene Seshanna Bhavana, Kuvempunagar.

The competitions are open to amateur artistes of Karnataka aged between 6-10, 11-16 years (juniors) and 17-25,  26-40, 41 years and above (seniors) and who have not yet completed  Vidwat level examinations in music. Competitions will be in Karnatak music (Vocal & Instrumental), Percussion instruments, Sugama Sangeetha, singing of Vachana,  Dasara Pada, Manku Thimmana Kagga, written quiz and essay writing.

Application forms will be available at Veene Seshanna Bhavana from July 26 during office hours (5 pm to 7 pm).
