Mysuru: The following are the results of the music competitions held at Ganabharathi as part of Krishna Jayanti:

Karnatak classical music: Vocal – Junior: P. Prerana  (First prize); Nayana Nagaraj (Second prize); Amulya R. Bhat (Third prize); Aditi Naduthota and Laasya Naduthota (Consolation prize); Senior: G.R. Ananya (First prize); Ananya R. Bhat (Second prize); V. Gauri (Third prize) and Shreyas Bhat (Special prize).

Karnatak Classical Music – Instruments – Junior: R. Amogha (First prize); P. Prerana (Second prize); P. Prajwal (Third prize) and N. Dhyeyashree (Consolation prize). Senior:  P. Adhithya Bharani (First prize); D. S. Sai  Prajwal (Second prize) and Anjana Ranganathan (Consolation prize).

Percusscion Instruments – Junior: V. Varchas (First prize), K. Skandan Bharadwaj (Second prize); Senior – Amrith (First prize), Nandan Kashyap (Second prize), M.R. Prajwal (Third).

Dasara Kruthis – Junior:    Amulya R. Bhat (First prize), P. Prerana (Second prize),  T.M. Vaishnavi (Third prize), Bhumika Arun and H.A. Vishwadatta (Consolation prize); Senior:  Ruthvik C. Raj (First prize), K.V. Sudhanva (Second prize).

Vachana Gayana – Junior: Amulya R. Bhat (First prize); Nayana Nagaraj (Second prize) and T.M. Vaishnavi (Third prize); H.A. Vishwadatta (Consolation prize); Senior: Ruthvik C. Raj (First prize); Ananya R. Bhat (Second prize) and V. Gauri (Third prize).

Mankuthimmana Kagga – Junior: K. Bhumika Arun (First prize);  N. Dhyeyashree (Second prize); Divija Bharadwaj (Consolation prize); Senior: V. Gauri (First prize); Ruthvik C. Raj (Second prize); K.V. Sudhanva (Third prize).

Music Quiz – Junior: Laasya Naduthota (First); N. Dhyeyashree (Second); R. Amogha (Third); Senior:  B.Anagha (First), S.  Akshatha (Second).

The prizes were distributed at a function held at Veene Seshanna Bhavan on  Aug. 20, according to a press release from Ganabharathi Secretary.
