An unbeaten knock of 68 (8×4) by Md.Kaif Basha helped Chairman XI to register a four-wicket win over Chamarajanagar XI in the KSCA Mysore Zone U-16 Inter-District tournament played at the JSS-SJCE grounds here on Thursday.

Scores: U-16: Chamarajanagar XI: 176 in 36 overs (Yashwanth Patel 43, A.Abhay Rangan 26, Advaith Kudar 21. D.N.Dhanush 24, G.B. Preetham four for 17) lost to Chairman XI 178 for six in 40 overs (Md.Kaif Basha 68 n.o, Sahil Fazil 25, V.Chiranth 25, Abdul Khadir Khan two for 26, A.Abhay Rangan two for 22).

U-14: Mandya XI 242 in 48.4 overs (K.Prajwal 100 n.o, Dhanush Gowda 24 Veeral Mehta two for 39, Veer Xavier two for 35, G.Sachin Gowda two for 60, K.R.Shikar two for 33, M.Pankaj two for 58) bt Chamarajanagar XI 146 in 47.2 overs (M.Kanishk 34. S.Chiranthan two for 40, M.S.Ranjan two for six, G.B. Balaji two for 19).
