KSRTC city bus commuters at Goblimara stop stranded

September 3, 2025

Sir,

I am a degree student and a daily commuter on the city transport buses. I wait at the Goblimara Bus Stop for my bus. However, buses coming from Gurur that are already full do not stop at Goblimara.

Every day, we face a severe shortage of buses between 8.30 am and 9.30 am. Students like me, as well as office-goers, face the same problem. Even though we hold monthly bus passes, we are often forced to hire autos to reach our destinations, paying a huge amount of money.

I request the KSRTC city transport authorities to visit the Goblimara Bus Stop in the morning between 8.30 am and 9.30 am to witness the plight of passengers.

I also request the MLA and the concerned city transport authorities to provide adequate bus facilities so that students and officials can reach their destinations on time.
