We had applied for renewal of my wife’s Passport (Maalathi Sekar) and got an SMS to contact Kuvempunagar Police Station regarding Police verification procedure.
Accordingly, we called on them and the moment we entered the Station, the Police personnel at the entrance and the lady at the Reception Counter were quite courteous and directed us to the room by mentioning the person’s name to be contacted.
On reaching the designated room, without waste of time, we were helped to get the forms for getting two neighbours’ consent and a form of self-declaration to be submitted and accordingly the same was carried out by us the next day in person.
We extend our warm appreciation as Senior Citizens, for the very quick and courteous way we were treated by the verification team at Kuvempunagar Police Station and hope it continues.
