District Administration will be celebrating the birth anniversary of Rashtrakavi Kuvempu on Dec.29 at Kalamandira. The programme will feature garlanding of Kuvempu’s statue, recital of poems authored by Kuvempu by college students, talk by Dr. Malali Vasanthkumar and staging of a play written by Kuvempu.
