L. Nanjundaswamy (76), a retired Headmaster, President of Brahmin Welfare Association and a resident of Kempegowda Layout in the town, passed away yesterday at a private hospital in Mysuru following brief illness.
He leaves behind three sons and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at Hadinaaru Kaalu Mantapa near Kapila River yesterday afternoon, according to family sources.
