L. Ramaswamy (86), retd. Railway employee and a resident of Ittigegud here, passed away yesterday.
He had served as the Founder-Treasurer of Ittigegud (Indiranagar) Veera Madiwalara Sangha and as the organiser of Mysuru Division of Rajya Madiwalara Sangha.
He leaves behind three sons, two daughters and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites were held at the foot of Chamundi Hill this morning, according to a press release.
