Labourer goes missing from city

Mysuru: A labourer, who was working at a school in Jalapuri here has been reported missing from Oct. 5.

The missing labourer has been identified as 27-year-old Raju, a native of Ibrahimpura in Yadgir district, who had come to city along with his wife and were working as labourers.

Raju’s wife had gone to her native place for delivery. On learning that his wife had delivered a baby boy, Raju left the city at about 6 am on Oct. 5, saying that he was going to see his wife and child.

However, Raju neither reached his native place nor has come back to Mysuru, according to a complaint lodged by Raju’s brother Maalappa with Nazarbad Police.

Raju is 5.2 ft. tall, wheatish complexioned, has a scar on the right side of his nose, speaks Kannada and was wearing a white, green and black colour mixed T-Shirt and blue jeans pant at the time of going missing.
