Co-operator Lalitha, wife of Chamundeshwari MLA G.T. Devegowda, who has bagged the State Government’s prestigious ‘Sahakara Ratna’ State-level award and ‘G.S. Bommegowda Memorial Sahakara Ratna’ award at Mandya recently, will be honoured at ‘Lalithabhinandana’ felicitation programme to be held at KSOU Convocation Hall in Muktagangothri campus on Hunsur Road here at 10 am on June 12. The event will be held under the auspices of Lalitha G.T. Devegowda Felicitation Committee chaired by noted humorist Prof. M. Krishnegowda.
Lalitha had served as the Chairperson of the Federation of Karnataka State Credit Co-operative Societies, Bengaluru, from July 2019 to 2022. Former District Kannada Sahitya Parishat President M. Chandrashekar, Retired Superintending Engineer R.K. Raju and other Committee Members will be present on the occasion.
