K. Sangeetha, art teacher at Saragur Government School in Mysuru, bagged annual prize for her art work at the Golden Jubilee Art Exhibition Honorary Award and Annual Prize Distribution Ceremony organised as part of Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav celebrations by Karnataka Lalithakala Academy at Ravindra Kalakshetra in Bengaluru recently. Veteran Writer and Critic S. Diwakar presented the award in the presence of Academy Chairman D. Mahendra, former Chairman R.B. Bhaskaran, Kannada and Culture Department Joint Director Balavantha Rao and Academy Registrar R. Chandrashekar.
