Leadership conclave to empower communities

Mysore/Mysuru: A leadership conclave with an aim to ignite change and empower communities was held at KSOU Convocation Hall in city this morning. 

Antardhwani is an independent think tank that stimulates thought-provoking debate and dialogue to help understand and adapt to the changing society. The conclave was hosted in association with IHDUA (International Human Development and Upliftment Academy, Mysuru). 

It endeavours to create rural and urban communities that are informed, resilient and responsible. The conclave was held with themes including- Constitution, Our foundation, Democratic Values and Principles, Empowering Rural Communities, Creating Responsible Youths, Positive Leadership Attitude and Safe Use of Social Media. 

The event was inaugurated by member of erstwhile Mysore royal family Pramoda Devi Wadiyar. Members of Antardhwani and volunteers who have done grassroot-level work in H.D. Kote and Gundlupet and students who have benefitted from the initiatives are attending the event.
