Library to only lend books

Due to rising COVID-19 cases, the Department of Libraries has limited Public Library services to only book lending from Monday till Friday until May 4. The Libraries will be closed for public on Saturdays and Sundays during this period. Library members can only borrow or return books from 10 am to 5.30 pm. Readers are not allowed to read books in the library, according to a press release.
