Mysore/Mysuru: The four-day Veerashaiva-Lingayat Global Business Conclave organised under the aegis of International Lingayat Youth Forum (ILYF) will be held at Palace Grounds in Bengaluru from Jan.29 to Feb.1.
Announcing this at a press meet here on Saturday, ILYF Mysuru District President Kiran said that Tumakuru’s Siddaganga Mutt Seer Sri Siddalinga Swamiji will inaugurate the conclave at 4.30 pm on Jan.29. Ministers M.B. Patil, Sharanabasappa Darshanapur and Eshwar Khandre, Union Minister Pralhad Joshi, industrialists Vijay Sankeshwar, B.M. Jayashankar, Dr. Sharan Patil, Balachandrasingh Rao Rane and Rabindranath will be the chief guests.
The valedictory will take place at 4.30 pm on Feb.1, which will be graced by Basavatatva Mutt Seer Basava Marulasidda Swamiji. Minister Dr. Sharan Prakash Patil, MLA Vijayanand Kashappanavar, former IPS Officer Shankar Bidari and others will be present, Kiran said adding that the last conclave held at Mysuru saw a business transaction of Rs.130 crore.
The conclave will have 260 stalls and entry is free. ILYF office-bearers H.S. Veeresh, M. Mahesh, Teertha Swamy, Santosh and Krishnamurthy were present.
