Lions Club of Mysore New City celebrated Teachers’ Day, Doctors’ Day and Engineers’ Day at a function held at a city hotel on Sept. 20. The Club honoured Prof. Satish Babu, Professor and Retired Principal; Dr. Madan Lal of Karnataka Cardio Diagnostics Centre and Er. Gopal Gaonkar, Retired Chief Engineer, KPTCL, for their valuable contributions to their respective professions. Lion L.V. Srinivasa, MJF, was the guest of honour. Lion V. Mohan Kumar, Region Chairperson and Lion Chandrashekar, Zone Chairperson were the special invitees.
