Mysore/Mysuru: The Lions Club of Mysore South 317A had organised the following service activities recently:

The Club provided a locker of 15 compartments and academic notebooks to Sai Ranga Vidya Samsthe, a Residential School for Deaf and Dumb, in Bannimantap, near JSS Dental College. Raghunath Reddy, Head Master and the staff of the school were present on the occasion.

Similarly, a locker of 15 compartments and  academic notebooks were handed over to Smt. Putteeramma Girls School for Deaf and Dumb, located near Bisilu Maramma Temple in T.K. Layout in the presence of Manjunath, Head Master and the staff.

Household utensils and waterproof mattresses were given to Ashraya Charitable Trust in N.R. Mohalla.

All the above donations were worth about Rs. 2 lakh.

The service activities were conducted  under the leadership of Lion B. Smitha Devaiah, President, Lion Vinod Rashinkar, Secretary, Lion Vittala, Zonal Chairperson, Past Presidents Lion Rajan, Lion Sathish Babu, Lion N.V. Sathish and Lion Shankar.
