Mysuru: Lions International Peace Poster Contest held at Christ The King Convent (CKC) brought out the imagination and creativity amongst the young ones about the theme for the year 2024-25, ‘Peace Without Limits’ into beautiful and    colourful drawings.

Cabinet Advisor PDG Ln. K. Devegowda inaugurated the event. District Governor Ln. N. Subramanya, First Lady of the District Ln. Vani Subramanya, Second Vice-District Governor Ln. S. Mathidevakumar, DCS Ln. C.D. Krishna, RC Ln. Shivaramu, DC Peace Poster Ln. G. Shivakumar, Organising Committee Chairman Ln. Arun Mandal, Ln. Nagesh Murthy, Ln. N. Ravikumar, many Cabinet Officers, Presidents and office-bearers of nearly 15 Clubs were present on the occasion.

M.S. Alena, a Class 6 student of CKC Higher Primary School, won the Lions District 317G Peace Poster Contest.

The District 317G will be forwarding the Winner Poster to the Multiple-level for further selection and the International Peace Poster Contest winner will be awarded at the 107th Lions International Convention to be held at Orlando, USA, in June 2025.
