Loan facility for Vishwakarma and Bhovi communities

Mysuru: Karnataka Vishwakarma Development Corporation (KVDC) has invited applications from people of Vishwakarma Community and its sub-sects for obtaining  loan facility for 2019-20.

Loans will be provided for small farmers in the age group of 18 to 55 years, who are in possession of a minimum of two acres of land and a maximum of five acre. Loans will also be given for self employment and artisans.

The annual income should be less than Rs.40,000 for rural people and Rs.55,000 for urban people (For Arivu scheme it is Rs.3.5 lakh).

The prescribed application can be obtained from the office of the District Manager, KVDC or Backward Classes Welfare Officer of the taluk before July 12 and filled application with necessary documents should be submitted before July 22. For details, call Ph: 0821-2341194.

For Bhovi Community

Karnataka Bhovi Development Corporation has invited applications from Bhovi community persons to provide financial aid under various schemes including self-employment loan scheme, Ganga-Kalyana irrigation scheme, and micro credit scheme.

The annual income of the applicant’s family should not exceed Rs.98,000 for rural residents and Rs.1.2 lakh for urban residents.

The candidate must be aged between 18 and 60 years.

Application forms can be obtained from District Manager, Karnataka Bhovi Development Corporation, No. 9/A, 3rd floor of SBM Zonal Office, Sahukar Channiah Road, Saraswatipuram, Mysuru – 09 and filled-in application forms should be submitted before July 31.
