Citizens can pay electricity, water, phone bills online at www.karnatakaone.gov.in.
Mysore/Mysuru: All ‘KarnatakaOne‘ branches in Mysuru have been closed following the COVID-19 lockdown. But for the convenience of customers, online services such as Water Bill Payment, Electricity Bill (Urban), Telephone Bill Payment, BSNL Bill Payment, Collection of Traffic Police Violation Fine and many more are being provided.
Customers can pay the bills online during the lockdown period and stay home to stay healthy.
How to Pay
- First you need to log in to this website: www.karnatakaone.gov.in
- Then fill in the requested name, address, bill number and bill amount.
- You have to fill in the information of the mode of payment — Credit Card, Debit Card, PayTM, UPI or Net Banking.
- If you are donating to CM Relief Fund, you have to fill the donor’s name, company name, mobile number, address, e-mail and mode of payment details.
- Then press the payment button and fill in the OTP that comes to your mobile phone number.
- Following this you’ll get a message of confirmation for the payment made.
- You can also e-mail to: onehelpdesk@karnataka.gov.in to get confirmation about your money transfer.
