Lok Sabha Polls: Pratap Simha appeals OBCs for support

Mysuru: Mysuru-Kodagu LS MP and BJP candidate Pratap Simha has appealed Nayaka and other OBC communities for support in the LS Polls.

Addressing a meeting of Nayaka and OBC leaders at the city BJP’s new office in Chamarajapuram here yesterday, Pratap Simha said that he had raised the issue of including Talwar and Uppara communities in the ST list in the Parliament.

Maintaining that he will again raise the issue if re-elected as MP, Simha recalled the support he had got from the Backward Communities in the previous LS Polls.

Highlighting the contribution of Modi’s Government for the welfare of Dalits, Backward Classes and Minorities, Simha said that PM Modi needs the co-operation of all sections of the society for taking the country to much greater heights.

Pointing out that PM Modi was the most capable leader who can lead the country on all fronts, Simha appealed the people to vote for BJP candidates and thus re-elect Modi in the interests                   of the country.

BJP Spokesperson Dr. Vamanacharya, former MLA Maruthi Rao Pawar, leaders Shivakumar, Chikkamma Basavaraju, Kamalamma Bhaskar, Jogi Manju, Ramesh, Raghu and others were present.
