Mysuru: A lorry laden with tyres overturned at K.R. Circle yesterday, when the driver lost control.
The truck (KL 40-Q 5584) was coming from Ayurveda College Circle on Sayyaji Rao Road and overturned at the K.R. Circle in the early hours, said the Devaraja Traffic Police. The accident occurred when the driver tried to take a right turn to enter Devaraj Urs Road. Luckily, he escaped with minor injuries.
Devaraja Traffic Inspector Suraj and staff got the scattered tyres removed and cleared the road for traffic.
