M. Ahmed (79), a retired employee of the Fire and Emergency Services Department and a resident of N.R. Mohalla, passed away yesterday morning in city.

He leaves behind his wife, one son, one daughter and a host of relatives and friends.

Burial will take place today evening at the Muslim Burial Grounds near Tipu Circle.
