M. Balachandra Dongre (80), a former President of Chitpavana Brahmin Association and a resident of Siddartha Layout in city, passed away at a private hospital here yesterday morning.
He leaves behind his wife Veena Dongre, son Dr. Avinash and a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites will be performed at the foot of Chamundi Hill today (Sept. 26) at 5 pm.
