Mysuru:  Varuna Police have taken two persons  into custody in connection with the murder of one Prashanth (47) at his farmhouse in M.C. Hundi on T. Narasipur Road near Meghalapura on Jan.6.

Those taken into custody are Pramoda and Lokesha, who were working for Prashanth and had gone absconding soon after the incident.

Police sources told Star of Mysore that the duo were picked up near Bengaluru this morning and brought to Mysuru for interrogation. They were taken into custody based on information provided by an eyewitness in the case, sources added.
