M.N. Umadevi (76), a retired teacher of Sri Mahadevi Shishuvihara (Akkana Balaga School) and elder daughter of Mysuru Asthana Vidwan late Prof. M.G. Nanjundaradhya, passed away here on Thursday.
She leaves behind her brothers — Dr. M. N. Vijaykumar, Dr. Panditaradhya and Dr. M.N. Bheemesh, sister M.N. Mukta and a host of relatives and friends. Last rites were performed at Veerashaiva burial grounds in Vidyaranyapuram here this afternoon, according to family sources.
