M.R. Ganesh Singh (84), former Government Press Club football player, referee and Governing Council member of Karnataka State Football Association, passed away yesterday night in city.

A resident of Soppinakere in Mandi Mohalla, he leaves behind his wife, two daughters, one son and a host of relatives and friends.

Last rites were held at Jodi Tenginamara Burial Grounds this noon.
