M.R. Nagaraja Shetty (96), a businessman, social worker and a resident of the town, passed away this morning.
Founder President of Maruthi High School and MNRV School, Nagaraja Shetty had established an eye hospital and an old age home and leaves behind a host of relatives and friends.
Last rites will be held today evening, according to family sources.
